Gov. Jennifer Granholm says GM CEO Rick Wagoner was made 'sacrificial lamb' for auto bailout

DETROIT -- The Obama administration has told General Motors Corp. and Chrysler LLC to rewrite viability plans, blueprints that in GM's case do not include Chairman Rick Wagoner continuing to run the troubled automaker.
